License agreement

This document constitutes a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you ("Licensee" or "Customer") and Iconstica ("Licensor" or "Company", referred to as "we", "us", or "our").

Types of Licenses

We offer three types of licenses tailored to suit your team size:

• Free: Ideal for individuals or small teams requiring a limited number of icons.
• Pro: Perfect for individuals seeking access to our complete icon library.
• Team: Designed for small to medium teams, offering licensing for up to five users along with priority support.

License Overview

Any purchased license grants you unlimited use of our digital assets in both personal and commercial projects, whether for yourself or a client. If your team includes more than one designer, we kindly request you to obtain a license with an appropriate number of seats.

Usage Permissions

You are allowed:

• Use in an unlimited number of personal and commercial projects for yourself and your clients. Multiple times & in multiple End Products.
• Create & build UI kits, website themes, templates, applications, software, graphics, print, logo designs and other innovative templates intended for resale.
• Create commercial SaaS applications or websites for which users pay a one-time fee or a subscription fee.
• Create icon variations by modifying Iconstica icons.
• Publishing the entire Asset to your Figma account as a library, in its original or modified form, allows you to store and access the icons conveniently within the Figma platform for seamless integration into your design projects.

Usage Restrictions

You are not allowed:

• Distribute (e.g., embed) or share the item link on the web using Figma public access.
• Place any of the Item design files directly into the End Product.
• Permit an end user of the End Product to separate the Item from the End Product and use it separately.
• If you purchased an individual license, you are unable to publish the item in your team library or grant edit permissions to other users. If more than one user will be accessing the file, please purchase an appropriate number of seats.
• An Iconstica icon cannot be used in a product that competes with an Iconstica icon. This is because it would put the Iconstica icon at a disadvantage, as it would be competing with another icon that is not held to the same standards of quality, design, and usability. By not allowing these activities, Iconstica is protecting the integrity of its product.

Upgrading Your License

Should you wish to upgrade your license from Pro to Team, kindly reach out to us, and we will reimburse the cost of your previous license.

Refund Policy

The development of Iconstica's icons has been a time-consuming effort. When you purchase our Content, you gain immediate, lifetime access to these valuable assets. Refunds are only available in the event of critical issues that impede your ability to access the Content. Should you encounter any such issues, please Contact us within 30 days of your purchase.

It's important to note that we cannot issue refunds for instances where you've had a change of mind after your purchase, decided not to use the icons, or are unfamiliar with the features of our platform. We encourage you to explore the Free version of Iconstica, which provides you with a sample of our icons and their capabilities before making a purchase. This ensures that you have a clear understanding of what you are acquiring.

This refund policy is designed to offer peace of mind while protecting the significant effort invested in creating our icons.
